Do you deliver outside of Klang Valley?
Yes, Artmatrix OurShop delivers to all states in Peninsular Malaysia. We do not deliver to East Malaysia at this time.
(We do not ship to PO box addresses)
What are your shipping rates?
Artmatrix’s OurShop delivers within Klang Valley for free of charge. Outside of Klang Valley, the shipping rates are based on the location, total order amount, volume, and weight.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Please expect the order to arrive from 1 week to 2 weeks.
Do your products require installation?
Some of our products require simple assembly; Artmatrix will provide an Installation Guide to assemble yourself. For heavy installation, we will impose an installation fee per item. The installation fee varies according to the item purchased. For further information on installation matters, please get in touch with enquiry@artmatrix.com.my.
